Boho X, the new UK HQ in Middlesbrough for Double Eleven has won the Innovation Award at the North Region British Council for Offices Awards! All regional winners go on to compete for the National Innovation Award and also bid to win the property sector’s respected BCO ‘Best of the Best’ Award at a ceremony in October 2024 at Grosvenor House, London.

The awards which acknowledge best practice across the UK, praised the project for a number of innovative features including flexible workspaces designed to support the needs of the expanding digital and creative cluster in the region. The project also incorporated several sustainability measures, including roof-mounted PV (Photovoltaic) panels, a green “living” roof and Air Source Heat Pumps.
