Game Republic is hosting a members-only online event on Wednesday 20th October from 4pm aimed at helping developers get their game noticed and hopefully, sell more games to fans.
The event will feature an interview with Editor-in-Chief of major games site Videogames Chronicle (VGC), Andy Robinson, on what developers need to do to ensure they grab the attention of games journalists and influencers.
This special online event will also feature Renaissance PR, talking on PR and marketing, and how to build your community and audience for your games. We will also be joined by the exciting new Indielab Games Accelerator for West Yorkshire, which launches for applications next Tuesday 19th! This is a fantastic opportunity for game developers in West Yorkshire, presenting an accelerator programme designed specifically for games studios looking to grow and expand, and starts in Leeds early 2022, with five months of dedicated in-person and virtual sessions on all aspects of how to commercialise your studio, as well as raise project and equity investment.
Ella Romanos and Victoria Powell from Indielab will join us to chat about this FREE accelerator, and to explain how to apply and increase your chances of being accepted onto the programme.
