GameDevDay is returning to Leeds on 27th November 2019! GameDevDay features both Game Republic and GaMaYo games industry events and the event is kindly sponsored by Kwalee, Coatsink, nDreams and PitStop Productions.
The Game Republic event in the afternoon at AvenueHQ on East Parade with talks on various aspects of games development including a talk on developing VR games from nDreams, a presentation on the current mobile market from Kwalee, a talk from Josh Naylor, Senior Dev Tech Engineer, Developer & Creator Relations at Magic Leap, new games funding info from Caroline White, Creative Producer at XR Stories at the University of York, a chat with Callum Underwood from Oculus/Raw Fury/Superhot and Nick Ferguson, Account Manager at AWS Game Tech will present a talk on “Building Games with Amazon Game Tech” with real-world examples of cross-platform development.
Afterwards, GaMaYo #17 will be hosted from 6pm at the Belgrave Music Hall (upstairs) and will feature new games to play and 300 developers from Yorkshire and across the North of England. If you would like to join Game Republic and have access to both events on GameDevDay, please get in touch.
