Game Republic, supported by Autodesk, is hosting a special GameDevDay event on Thursday 24th November in Leeds, with the launch of Creative England’s GamesLab Leeds funding initiative.
Creative England’s new Head of Games and Digital, Rob Crossley, will be presenting a talk and answering questions about GamesLab Leeds, a programme of funding and business support for brilliant, exciting games developers in the Leeds City Region. Headline sponsor Creative England will also be there to advise on other support available and also to help with applications for GamesLab Leeds games funding.
GameDevDay will also feature a talk from sponsor Merge Games, publisher of games from Game Republic members including Laser Dog Games’ HoPiKo and Sigtrap Games’ Sublevel Zero on console. There will also be other major guests to be announced soon, including talks sponsored by Escape Technology and Autodesk.
