Andy Coley is a Game Republic member and the founder of Game Studio Training, and he’s dedicated to advancing leadership and management skills within the industry. Andy has been working with studios through the UK and EU to help them develop their leadership and people skills. Andy will be hosting a roundtable at GaMaYo on 23rd May on leadership at the fabulous Tileyard North.
Aside from training, Andy is also an award-winning TEDx Speaker, experienced facilitator and executive coach. His company Game Studio Training serves as a beacon for both indie developers and major studios, offering workshops, resources, and training sessions that are specifically tailored to enhance leadership skills within the context of game development.

Andy will be inviting developers to unlock their studio’s potential by developing your teams leadership and management skills. We asked him what he will be covering alongside a Q&A and he gave us these three teasers to get us thinking!

There will be ten roundtables at GaMaYo on 23rd May and these are free for all attendees. They will start promptly at 5pm and run for 15-20 minutes. A full rundown of the topics being covered will be available on the day and all our experts and speakers will be available throughout the evening too – when the game demos start.
