Game Republic’s next members event will be Mobile Games Design on Wednesday 19th October in Sheffield. The event will focus on opportunities for games developers in mobile games, with a particular emphasis on iOS development.
Simon Iwaniszak, Managing Director at Red Kite Games, will deliver a talk about making successful premium games on mobile, using the company’s recent example of their beautiful puzzle game Dream Machine, co-developed by Game Digits. We’ll also hear from Nigel Little, Managing Director at Distinctive Games, about the state of the Free-to-Play games business on mobile, with examples from the company’s recent successes including Football Kicks: Title Race.
The talks will be followed by a Q&A about iOS development, and we’ll also reveal some very exciting news about Game Republic! The Mobile Games Design event will be followed by our usual drinks and great networking.
